The Shilla Rewards program gives you discounts on dining, room upgrades, and much more.
If you can’t get enough of Seoul’s buzzing vibe as a leisure traveler, or find yourself often there on business, it pays to sign up with Shilla Rewards, The Shilla Hotels & Resort’s integrated loyalty program.
The program is structured in three tiers – Silver, Gold, and Diamond – and is applicable across the brand’s properties, including The Shilla Seoul, The Shilla Jeju, and all Shilla Stay locations.
You’ll be entitled to more rewards the further you advance through the programe. As a Shilla Rewards member, you’ll enjoy discounts on F&B, complimentary laundry service, room upgrades, access to executive lounges, and more.
For Silver members, 3% of their room charges, and 1% of F&B expenses can be converted to points. Each point is equivalent to 1 KRW in redeemable cash value. Gold and Diamonds will get to accumulate additional points.
Points can be accumulated at The Shilla’s dining outlets, in addition to a stay at any of its properties. The points can be used at The Shilla Hotels & Resorts and Shilla Stay locations starting from an accumulated value of KRW10,000. Loyalty members who have over KRW50,000 points can exchange them for exclusive Samsung vouchers which are welcome at participating hotels, Shilla Duty Free, various department stores, museums and galleries.
To become a Shilla Rewards member, guests can register shillahotels.com/membership, or visit the front desk of any Shilla property for more information. From now until the end of February, new members registering online will receive KRW1,000 to kick start their point collection.
